Carpet Cleaning Process
Step 1– Our technician will do a walk through inspection with you to identify soiling conditions, carpet construction and stains.
Step 2– If you have not already done so, your carpet will be vaccumed to remove bonded and soluble dry soil. Smaller furniture will be carefully moved if instructed to do so by the customer. Larger furniture will be left in place. Any furniture left in place will be protected by disposable blocks and tabs to prevent wood color transfer on the carpet.
Step 3– Spots and stains will be pretreated for maximum removal. Traffic areas are pretreated with a biodegradable solution.
Step 4– Once the soil has been loosened our technicians will start our state of the art truck mounted hot water extraction cleaning process. Pressure and heat will be regulated to keep the carpet from becoming overly wet. The pH level is balanced on every carpet which is accomplished during this extraction and rinse process. If any spots are not removed during the cleaning process, specialty spotting techniques are employed.
Step 5– Our technician will do a final walk through with you to point out the cleaning results and to make sure you are 100% satisfied
