How do I prepare for carpet cleaning services?
We recommend a brief pre vacuum prior to our arrival. Also, if you’d like us to steam clean under furniture we would recommend to move the furniture prior to our arrival.
What is considered a room?
An area/room is any space up to 300 sq. ft. or less. Area’s larger than 300 sq. ft. but up to 600 sq. ft. are considered as two rooms/areas.
How long will it take my carpet to dry?
Dry time is typically between 4-8 hours. However, if the air in your home is humid (lots of moisture in it) then the carpets are going to take longer to dry than if the air is drier. Humid air slows down the drying process as there is not as much dry air for the water in the carpet to evaporate into.
What payments do you accept and how?
We take payment while we’re on site for the cleaning and accept cash, credit/debit or check. If you will not be on site during the appointment, you may request us to email your invoice to you and you may pay online with a debit/credit card prior to our arrival.
